To provide a comfortable stocking having a detachable part ranging from a toe part to a leg part, improved in user-friendliness by eliminating uncomfortable feeling caused by a conventional stocking which is formed into a cylindrical shape and thereby forcedly ties up the leg of a wearer so that it is impossible to easily get her leg exposed as necessary.

The comfortable stocking is formed as follows: forming an opening part 8 at the sole part 4 of a stocking 1 so as to have such a size as to allow the wearer's foot to freely get in and out through a toe part 2; and joining an excellently stretchable material a9 having unevenness at its inside to the edge of the stocking; covering a part ranging from the toe part 2 to the opening part 8 with a cover 10 to the edge of which an excellently stretchable material b11 having unevenness at its inside is joined to form an open-and-close part 12 so that the leg part is detachable from the toe part.
