This woven fabric has a warp and weft double structure or a weft double structure with unevenness on the rear surface. The yarn constituting weft of the rear structure is a moisture-absorbing and releasing synthetic fiber. In the woven fabric, the relationship between a weft density N of the rear structure and a weft density M of the surface structure satisfies the formula (1): N<M and the relationship between a weft cover factor A of the rear structure and a weft cover factor B of the surface structure satisfies the formula (2): 0.3≤A/B≤1.0.
