To prevent an running shoe to be taken off while exercising by providing a band in the rear part of the running shoe and fixing the band to an ankle.
A band 1 is provided in the rear part of a running shoe and a band 2 is passed through the band 1, and after folding back the band 1 and fixing it, the band 2 is bound up to an ankle and fixed with an adhesive tool 4.
