Abstract:
To provide a command generating apparatus capable of easily generating a die cushion force command or a slide speed command during a press-molding period, according to the human force sense.SOLUTION: A command generating apparatus attached to a die cushion device for controlling a die cushion force to be added to a cushion pad on the basis of a die cushion force command includes: pedal type force sense applying means 250-1 operated by an operator in trial operation by a press machine, and moving in accordance with a control force added from the operator; a die cushion force command device 260 for calculating a die cushion force command corresponding to the control force added from the operator to the pedal type force sense applying means 250-1; a storage device for storing the die cushion force command calculated by relating to a slide position in trial operation; and a switching output part for outputting the die cushion force command calculated in trial operation, and outputting a die cushion force command stored in the storage device in production operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
