PURPOSE: To simplify the distribution of the same command by grouping plural exchanges and delivering the command simultaneously to exchanges in a group in a centralized maintenance/operation center maintaining centralizingly the plural changes.
CONSTITUTION: The centralized maintenance/operation center 1 is provided with a group registration means 100 and a group input means 200. The group registration means 100 registers information identifying a group including a prescribed one or plural exchanges 2. The group input means 200 identifies the exchange 2 corresponding to the information identifying the group by referencing the group registration means 100 when the information to identify the group and a command to control the exchange 2 are inputted and delivers the command to the identified exchange 2. In delivering the same command simultaneously to optional plural exchanges 3, the command input operation by the maintenance personnel is simplified.
