PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commercial article storage device that effectively deals increase in drain water accompanied by an inflow of external air and the like, and can prevent the drain water from leaking from a drain pan and the like.SOLUTION: An automatic vending machine 1 serving as a commercial article storage device includes: commercial article chambers SR1 to SR3 that store commercial articles; indoor heat exchangers HEX1 to HEX3 and indoor fans F1 to F3 that are disposed in the commercial article chambers SR1 to SR3; a compressor COM that is disposed in a machine chamber 6; a refrigerant circuit 10 that includes an outdoor heat exchanger HEX4 and outdoor fan F4; a drain water processing unit 60 that processes drain water generating in the refrigerant circuit 10 by reserving the drain water and causing the drain water to be evaporated, and is disposed so as to be hit by a wind from the outdoor fan F4; and a control device 100 that, when detecting a communication state of the commercial article chambers SR1 to SR3 with an outside, cause the outdoor fan F4 to be actuated irrelevantly to an operation of the compressor COM.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
