To suppress earth leakage currents which occur when a power switch is turned on-off to values lower than standard values specified by various safety standards by constituting a power supply breaking means which breaks one line of a power supply means so that the breaking means can break the line after a Y-capacitor.

A power switch 4 which is a power supply breaking means which only breaks one line of a power supply means is provided between the connecting point of a first Y-capacitor 1 and that of a first X-capacitor 3 on the line of a live 100 so that the switch 4 can break the line after the capacitor 1. Since the switch 4 is used as the switch which only breaks one line as the power switch of a device body, earth leakage currents which occur when the switch is turned on and off can be suppressed to values lower than standard values specified by various safety standards and the space of a commercial power inputting section can be reduced.
