Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve suppression of a rise in manufacture cost by adopting aluminum coil without complicating a structure of a segment.SOLUTION: A first surface S1 and a second surface S2 sandwiching an aluminum coil are formed at a copper riser part 44. At opposed parts to coils of the first surface S1 and a second surface S2, there are formed a plurality of groove parts 45 recessed from the first surface S1 and the second surface S2 and a plurality of flat parts 46 arranged between the grooves 45 and the grooves 45. Thus, a part of the coil can be bitten into the groove part 45, thereby significantly ensuring a coil thickness dimension between the first surface S1 and the second surface S2 and enhancing connection strength of the riser part 44 to the coil. Thus, an aluminum coil can be adopted without complicating a structure of a segment 42, thereby suppressing a rise in manufacture cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
