To provide a commodities display wagon allowing simple and easy adjustment of angle of inclination of a commodities placing body from the side of the wagon main body.

Both ends of a gas spring 13 are connected between a commodities placing body 12 provided on a wagon main body 11 to be inclined at an arbitrary angle to the horizontal upper surface and the wagon main body 11, and the horizontal upper surface of the wagon main body 11 is provided with an inclination angle setting means 14 for setting the angle of inclining the commodities placing body 12 to different angles. A support means 15 for supporting the commodities placing body 12 in an inclined posture is connected to the commodities placing body 12 to oscillate, and a support rod 3 provided at the oscillating end of the support means 15 is engaged with a cutout part 142 for setting the angle of inclination provided in a channel member 141 of the inclination angle setting means 14, thereby holding the commodities placing body 12 in an arbitrary inclined posture.
