Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stop position precision of a commodity bucket in an automatic vending machine where commodities discharged from a commodity storage rack, where many commodity columns are segmented like a lattice, are carried to a commodity taking-out hole by the commodity bucket moving in the X-Y direction.
SOLUTION: Coordinates marks 18a and 20a which are detected by stop sensors 22 and 24 and turn off driving motors 13 and 17 of the commodity bucket 11 are set before the actual stop position of the commodity bucket 11, and driving motors 13 and 17 are turned off a little earlier in consideration of the extent of overrun of the commodity bucket 11, and it is checked whether confirmation sensors 23 and 25 detect confirmation marks 19a and 21a set in the actual stop position or not, after stop of the commodity bucket 11, and if they don't detect these marks, the occurrence of positional deviation is judged, and the commodity bucket 11 is moved until confirmation sensors 23 and 25 detect confirmation marks 19a and 21a, thus correcting the positional deviation.
