To ensure the dropping of a commodity carried out by means of a commodity carrying member into a bucket by providing the commodity carrying member with an arm section protruded in the direction nearly in parallel with a rail and separated from the rail when carrying out the commodity.

A turning plate 12 is turned in the direction shown by an arrow by being pushed by a bar-like member 15. A wire 9 is pulled in the arrow direction through the coil spring 11 pulled by the turning plate 12. A movable member 6 moves obliquely upward by being pulled by the wire 9 while pressing and contracting a coil spring 7. A bar-like member 8 is pulled in the arrow direction, and a commodity carrying out member 4 is turned in the arrow direction. The collar 6c of the movable member 6 abuts on the lower end of a guide member 5, stopping the movement of the movable member 6 in the oblique and upward direction. As a result, the arm section 4b of the commodity carrying out member 4 extended nearly orthogonal to a rail 1 is extended nearly in parallel with the rail 1 as shown by a dashed line. The base section 4a of the commodity carrying out member 4 is protruded above the rail 1.
