To provide a commodity packaging bag with an air cushion, having a double structure consisting of an outer bag and an inner bag, and capable of storing a commodity in the inner bag, forming an air cushion by blowing air into the outer bag in an easy operation, and effectively preventing the commodity stored in the inner bag from being damaged due to a shock.
The commodity packaging bag has a double structure consisting of an outer bag functioning as an air cushion and an inner bag for storing a commodity. The inner bag has an opening extendedly provided outside the outer bag, and the outer bag is provided with a cylindrical check valve made of a plastic film, which communicates from the exterior of the outer bag to the interior thereof. In this commodity packaging bag with the air cushion, one sheet of each of respective films of the inner and outer bags is linearly welded to each other at a position where the inner bag passes through an edge of the outer bag, and two films of front and rear surfaces of the outer bag are airtightly joined to each other at the edge thereof except a position where the inner bag passes through the edge of the outer bag. A manufacturing method for the commodity packaging bag is such that the inner bag having a welding-preventing agent, which is applied to the inside thereof at a portion welded to the outer bag, and the check valve are inserted between two films of the front and rear surfaces of the outer bag, and that outer edges of the outer bag are thermally welded to each other.
