Abstract:

To enable a seller and a buyer to conduct a commodity dealing, without having to take the other party's credit risk.

This commodity price payment device executes delivery intermediating processing of a dealt commodity and an amount of transaction corresponding to the dealt commodity. This device comprises a price deposit management part 19 for making the buyer deposit the transaction amount, a commodity processing part 20 for instructing the delivery of the dealt commodity from the seller to the buyer to a forwarding agency, when confirming the deposit of the transaction amount by the price deposit management part 19; a delivery confirmation part 2 for receiving a notification of the effect that the delivery of the dealt commodity to the buyer by the forwarding agency is completed; and a price remittance instruction part 23 for instructing the remittance of the deposited transaction amount to the buyer.
