Abstract:
To provide a commodity sales device and a management system thereof that enable the purchase of a capsule commodity by coins and electronic settlement.SOLUTION: A commodity sales device includes: a coin slot that inserts coins; a dial that is rotationally operated by a user; a commodity storage unit that stores a plurality of commodities and releases the commodities by rotation of the dial; an outlet for the commodities released from the commodity storage unit; a lock mechanism that unlocks the dial and enables the dial to be rotated; and a control unit that controls the state of the lock mechanism. The lock mechanism has: a first mode in which the lock state is released by the coin inserted through the coin slot; and a second mode in which the lock state is released under the control of the control unit. The control unit controls the second mode in the lock mechanism in accordance with an external instruction when it is in a mode other than the first mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
