Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity sorting device capable of automatically performing sorting operations on the terminal part of a conveying line, and increasing the operating speed of the whole of the conveying line up to a maximum of the ability of the line to improve the productivity.
SOLUTION: The commodity sorting device 6 is made up of a pusher 12 for conveying tray-pack commodities 20 on a conveying roller 10 serving as the terminal stage of a conveying line to a container 11, a container supporting plate 13 for holding the container 11 at a position that is situated along the conveying roller 10 and one step lowered from it, and a container runner 14 for freely moving the container supporting plate 14 horizontally. Further, the commodity sorting device controls the respective driving parts by suing management data by tray size, by commodity, by shop, etc., which are transmitted from office-computers serving as data managing-control means to a measured value fitting device 5, as driving control data.
