To improve the reliability of a common mode choke coil array.
Coil patterns 4a and 5a are stacked and formed on the upper side of a non-hole insulating layer 3 without holes at the respective points wherein they are apart from each other in the direction of plane. Interposing insulating layers 6 and 7 are large enough to cover coil patterns 4a and 5a respectively and are made an insulating material different from that forming the non-hole insulating layer 3. The layers are formed on the upper side of the coil patterns 4a and 5a. Coil patterns 4b and 5b are stacked and formed on the upper side of the interposing insulating layers 6 and 7, and a non-hole insulating layer 13 is stacked and formed on the upper side of the coil patterns 4b and 5b to commonly cover them. An insulating material is filled up in the respective entire areas surrounding the laminated section of the coil patterns 3 and 13 and that of the coil patterns 5a and 5b, and it is made of the same insulating material as that constituting the non-hole insulating layers 3 and 13.
