A bobbin 95 is mounted on a base 91, and windings 93 and 94 are wound equally around both half the circumferences of the bobbin 95, respectively. One end of the winding 93 is connected to a terminal 92b, and the other end is connected to another terminal 92a. The winding 93 is wound around one half the circumference of the bobbin 93 from the side face A of the bobbin 95, after the end of the winding 93 is connected to the terminal 92b provided on the base 91. The winding of the winding 93 is terminated at the inner peripheral end of a core 12A, and the winding 93 is drawn out toward the terminal 92a provided on the base 91 via the outside of a partition wall 2, erected on the side face B side of the bobbin 95 and connected to the terminal 92a. The other winding 94 is similarly wound around the other half circumference of the bobbin 95.
