To provide a communicating structure of a combustor and a turbine section, suppressing generation of a loss, and reducing a flow rate of a cooling fluid used in cooling a turbine vane, and also to provide a gas turbine.
Provided is the communicating structure between the combustor 3 generating a combustion gas inside of a cylindrical body 33, and the turbine section 4 generating rotating driving force by allowing a combustion gas to successively pass through turbine stages composed of turbine stator vanes 4SV and turbine rotor vanes. At least a part of the turbine one-stage stator vane 4SV closest to the combustor 3, of the turbine stator vanes 4SV is disposed on one adjacent cylindrical body 33 and downstream of a side wall 34 of the other cylindrical body 33, and a distance from a front edge of the turbine one-stage stator vane 4SV disposed downstream of the side wall 34 in the cylindrical body 33 to an end section of a turbine section 4 side of the side wall 34 is equal to or less than an interval from an inner face of the side wall 34 of one cylindrical body 33 to an inner face of the side wall 34 of the other cylindrical body 33.
