In a communication analyzing device, an analysis instructing part 30 inputs analytic conditions or output conditions. A log extracting part 40 extracts an action log according to analytic conditions, and extracts the shared part of place and time, and generates a record. A communication chance judging part 51 of a communication processing part 50 judges that there is a communication chance between users with the shared part of place and time regardless of the level of the shared time. A communication generation determination part 52 determines that there is communication when the shared time is a prescribed value or more. A communication analyzing part 53 analyzes how much the communication chance is utilized for the generation of communication. An analytic result display part 60 displays the analytic result.
