The CPU71 supplies information received from the mobile phone through an antena part 62, a relay part 63 and a decoding part 74 to a subsequent stage through a bass 81 and a communication control part 72 together with the received antenna information expressing communication with the mobile phone through an antenna for the seat and communication in-vehicle communication state or out-vehicle communication state. This invention can be applied, for instance, for an in-vehicle reader writer.
