The communication apparatus 20 is connected to a telephone network 30 and an Internet 40. The apparatus 20 is provided with a line relay 21, a voice identifier 22 for making voices received from a plurality of terminals into text data; a document storing section 23 for adding a time stamp to the text data received from the voice identifier and storing the text data in text files created for each of the plurality of terminals, and merging a plurality of text files into a single text file in time series on the basis of the time stamp when connection between the plurality of terminals is interrupted; and an e-mail control part 24 for creating an e-mail including the merged text data as a text, and transmitting the created e-mail to a predetermined e-mail address.
