The relay apparatus comprises a means for storing the content of personal information in association with the item information of personal information, a means for receiving a call message, a means for searching the content of personal information corresponding to the disclosure item information included in the message from the storage means as the content of discovery, a means for generating a new message by substituting the content of discovery for the disclosure item information included in the message, and a means for transmitting the new message to second apparatus 105.
