Abstract:
To provide a communication apparatus capable of suppressing increase in the area of a housing as seen in front view.SOLUTION: A communication apparatus 100 comprises a circuit board 15, mounted components, a housing 1, and a support member 11. The mounted components are mounted on the circuit board 15. The housing 1 houses the circuit board 15, the mounted components, and a battery 12 that supplies electric power for driving the mounted components. The support member 11 is arranged inside the housing 1 and supports the battery 12 and the circuit board 15. The housing 1 includes: a case member 2 having an opening 2A; and a cover member 3 covering the opening 2A. The cover member 3 is attachable to and detachable from the case member 2. The battery 12 can be inserted into the inside of the case member 2 via the opening 2A. The support member 11 has a base part 111 having an arrangement surface 111a on which the battery 12 is arranged. The base part 111 supports the circuit board 15 on a back surface side opposite the arrangement surface 111a side.
