To simplify the laying work of an insulated trolley line and a line for transmitting a communication signal showing information by forming an insulating cover for a trolley conductor and the sheathing of a communication cable integrally by use of a common insulating sheath.
A trolley conductor 1, a communication cable 3 and a messenger wire 4 are integrated together by a common insulating sheath 2. In the insulating sheath 2, a pair of leg-like parts is formed in the part for covering the trolley conductor 1 to form an opening, and the current collected surface 5 of the trolley conductor is exposed to this opening, so that the insulating sheath 2 functions as the insulating cover of the insulated trolley line. The insulating sheath 2 functions as a sheath in the part for covering the communication cable 3. According to this structure consisting of both the trolley line path and the communication line path, the laying work can be simplified.
