Abstract:
To reduce the possibility of transmitting a file having undergone a disclosure restriction.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment of the present invention, when a message that contains an attached file is to be transmitted from an information processing device to one or more transmission destinations via a network, a communication control device determines whether or not at least one attached file is to be transmitted from the information processing device together with the message. When determining that the message to be transmitted contains at least one attached file, the communication control device receives an approval for the transmission of the at least one attached file from an approver, and allows the transmission of the message containing the at least one attached file to the one or more transmission destinations upon the obtainment of the approval for the transmission of the at least one attached file from the approver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
