PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of route information bits to be noticed when network is partitioned.SOLUTION: A communication control device for controlling communication between first network and second network comprises: a selection part for selecting based on route information which one or more other communication control devices belonging to other partitioned network transmit to the second network after partition of the first network is detected, either of first route information which indicates a network address of the first network or second route information which indicates each address of the one or more communication control devices included in the partitioned network to which the own device belongs; and a communication part for transmitting the route information selected by the selection part to the second network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
