To provide a communication control apparatus which enables an in-vehicle communication device to perform wireless transmission to a road-side communication device even without newly providing any fixed communication band.
The communication control apparatus controls the time zone of wireless communication to be executed while being allocated to a first time slot that a road-side communication device wirelessly transmits, and to a second time slot that an in-vehicle communication device 3 wirelessly transmits. The communication control apparatus includes: a determination unit 23B for determining whether to perform vehicle-to-road communication in addition to vehicle-to-vehicle communication as wireless transmission that the in-vehicle communication device 3 performs during the second time slot; and a wireless communication unit 21 for transmitting to the in-vehicle communication device 3 allocation information about the first time slot and the second time slot including information about the determination by the determination unit 23B.
