Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience for a user of a home medical apparatus, and to achieve the qualitative improvement and efficiency of a user support service relating to the use of the home medical apparatus and the efficiency of the maintenance of the home medical apparatus.SOLUTION: In a home communication system A, an adaptor 150 is configured to receive operation information of an oxygen concentrator 130 from a MPU of the oxygen concentrator 130. A communication control device (CB) 110 is configured to receive the operation information of the oxygen concentrator 130 by radio from the adaptor 150, and to transmit the received operation information to a server system C. The adaptor 150 is configured to, in response to a request from the CB110, transmit the operation information received from the MPU of the oxygen concentrator 130 prior to the request by radio to the CB110, and the CB110 is configured to periodically transmit the request to the adaptor 150.
