When the terminal 2b transmits the temporary ID as a destination from an incoming call history, the telephone number of the terminal 2a is acquired on the basis of the temporary ID, and transmission request information is transmitted to the terminal 2a. Then, the terminal 2b can perform transmission to the terminal 2a by performing transmission to the temporary ID even in the case of receiving an incoming call with non-notification setting. In addition, the terminal 2a can immediately receive a telephone call without notifying the terminal 2b of the telephone number of its own device. Then, the convenience can be improved while securing anonymity.
