Abstract:
To obtain a communication controller, capable of preventing interrupted communication caused by power shortage beforehand, and is high in convenience.
Communication is inhibited, if an external power source 47 is not connected to an external power source connector 46; and if the time duration of communication between a memory card and a PC 38 becomes a predetermined value or larger, when either communication for reading the digital information stored in the memory card and transmitting it to the PC 38, or communication for receiving the digital information from the PC 38 and storing it in the memory card is performed.
