Abstract:
A communication apparatus acquires (301), from an external apparatus, an application for using a communication service using a local network in which communication is performed with a base station, that broadcasts a public land mobile wireless network identifier. The public land mobile wireless network identifier may not be defined in ITU-T Recommendation E.212, using a wireless communication method that supports transmission/reception with a plurality of OFDM subcarrier intervals, the application being bundled with connection setting information for making a connection to the local network, and make a connection to the local network (303) using the connection setting information if the acquired application is active.
