To provide a wireless communication device that sets an operation mode in a multilink establishment request procedure or a multilink change request procedure.SOLUTION: A wireless communication device includes a receiving unit that receives control information related to a multi-connection (multilink) and a frame transmitting unit that transmits a frame associated with the multi-connection.
