Abstract:
To provide a communication device or the like capable of appropriately transmitting/receiving disaster prevention information.SOLUTION: A broadcast device 10 receives disaster prevention information transmitted from a base station 5 by radio communication for a portable telephone. The broadcast device 10 receives disaster prevention information transmitted from another broadcast device 10 or the like by LPWA radio communication. The broadcast device 10 transmits the disaster prevention information received by radio communication for a portable telephone or LPWA radio communication to the other broadcast device 10 or the like by LPWA radio communication. However, if disaster prevention information with the same content has been already received, transmission of the disaster prevention information is not performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
