Abstract:
To reduce an effect of transmission of signals in a new generation second radio communication system on an old generation first radio communication system.SOLUTION: A communication device capable of performing communication by a second radio communication system different from a first radio communication system for periodically transmitting a reference signal at a predetermined frequency interval in a frequency band used in the first radio communication system, sets a period for stopping the periodic transmission of the reference signal, transmits information on the period to a base station device of the first radio communication system, and transmits a predetermined signal to the second radio communication system while the base station device of the first radio communication system stops the periodic transmission of the reference signal based on the period. In a state where the communication by the second radio communication system is not performed in that frequency band, the communication device transmits information to the base station device of the first radio communication system in response to connecting to a terminal device capable of performing communication by the second radio communication system in that frequency band in a second frequency band different from that frequency band.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
