Abstract:
To provide a communication device which makes it easy for a user to recognize an opportunity of software update.SOLUTION: A communication device allows a display part to display an update screen capable of receiving a user instruction of updating software on the basis of a state in which the software of the communication device can be updated before a power source state of the communication device is changed according to power source operation when detecting the power source operation by a user. The communication device allows the display part to display the update screen until a predetermined time elapses even in a state of not receiving the user instruction for the update screen, and changes the power source state of the communication device according to the power source operation after the predetermined time elapses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
