To provide a communication device of an elevator car equipment capable of performing high-speed communication between elevator car equipment by radio and omitting an installation space and a wiring space for the radio communication device in a machine room and on a car.

The communication device comprises an on-the-car station 13 provided on an elevator car 6 with a radio device built therein, an in-the-car equipment such as a car operation panel 16 and a car indicator 18 with a radio device built therein, and full-duplex transmission-reception antennas 15, 17 and 19 provided in the on-the-car station and in-the-car equipment to perform the in-the-car radio communication. Further, an elevator control panel 11 with a radio device built therein is provided in an elevator machine room, and the full-duplex transmission and reception antennas 12 and 14 to perform the radio communication between the elevator control panel and the on-the-car station are provided thereon.
