A local oscillator 42 of the outdoor arrangement 4 for communication inputs a signal 71 including a standard signal from an antenna 6 for the standard signals for receiving standard radio waves 18 (the modulated waves of the standard radio waves or carrier waves), and generates a local oscillation signal for outputting. A receiving device 45 receives a communication signal 10 from a communication antenna 3 for receiving the communication signal 10, which is output. A frequency converting device 43 inputs a local oscillation signal 9 that the local oscillator 42 outputs and the communication signal 10 outputted by the receiving device 45, and uses the local oscillation signal 9 for converting and outputting the frequency of the communication signal 10. The local oscillation signal 9 is generated from the modulated waves of the standard radio waves 18 or the carrier waves, thus generating the local oscillation signal 9 that is independent of the environment and has the precise frequency.
