To provide a mechanism with which it is possible to control the process of estimating positions in accordance with radio wave propagation environments.SOLUTION: Provided is a communication device comprising: a plurality of wireless communication units capable of transmitting/receiving signals to and from other communication devices; and a control unit for repeatedly executing a measurement process that includes transmitting a signal by a representative wireless communication unit selected from the plurality of wireless communication units, receiving a signal by each of the plurality of wireless communication units, and calculating for at least one of the plurality of wireless communication units a first parameter belonging to a reliability parameter that is an index that indicates whether a first arrival wave detected as a signal that satisfies a prescribed detection criterion among the signals received by the wireless communication unit is appropriate as the processing object, and controlling a selection process of selecting a representative wireless communication unit each time the measurement process is repeated, and controlling on the basis of the first parameter a process of specifying the position parameters of other communication devices on the basis of a plurality of first arrival waves obtained by repeatedly executing the measurement process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
