To alter the main route quickly even when data transmission of a partial transmission route is stopped in a wireless communication system where a mobile station can communicate with a plurality of wireless base stations in parallel.
A communication device 1 receiving and collecting data transmitted from a mobile station 2 to wireless base stations 3, 4 and 5 in parallel by radio has a communication section 1a and a control section 1b. The communication section 1a sets a communication channel including a data channel and a control channel for each transmission route from the wireless base stations 2, 3 and 4 to the communication device 1. The control section 1b selects a main route from a plurality of transmission routes to which communication channels are set, and stops signal transmission only of the data channel out of the data channel and control channel for transmission routes to which communication channels are not set.
