PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce waste in a reception operation and a transmission operation in the case that retransmission may occur except a predetermined cycle by retransmission control.SOLUTION: A communication device performing a reception process of data transmitted at each timing arrived at a predetermined cycle, comprises: a transmission section for transmitting a signal indicating that the data is received normally in the case that the data transmitted at M-th timing according to the predetermined cycle is received normally; and a control section for performing control for providing at least a period where other reception process different from the reception process is performed or a period where no reception process is performed, from time when transmission is performed to time when next (M+1)-th timing according to the predetermined cycle arrives.
