Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a communication equipment in which a self-diagnostic for a communication function in the communication equipment is separated for each communication module at a high speed.
CONSTITUTION: The communication equipment having one or over of communication slave modules 20, 30 between a master module 10 and external communication lines 31, 32 is provided with a loopback switch circuit 17 connecting a signal sent to a transmission line 11 of the master module to a signal line connected to a reception line 12 of the master module and a loopback switch circuit 27 connecting a signal sent to a transmission line 21 of the slave module 20 to a signal line connected from a reception line 22 of the slave module.
