PURPOSE: To identify the leading part of digital information to be transmitted without fail by wholly setting a first (n)-bit and the next (n)-bit to '0' and wholly setting a third (n)-bit to '1' as the leading part detecting signal of the digital information when the signal processing of the digital information is executed with the (n)-bit.
CONSTITUTION: When the signal processing of the digital information is executed by the (n)-bit, the first (n)-bit and the next (n)-bit are wholly set to '0' and the third (n)-bit is wholly set to '1' as the leading part detecting signal of the digital information. Accordingly, since 00H12, 00H13 and FFH14, for example, the three bytes of [00000000], [00000000] and [11111111] are added to the leading part of the data and the data are transmitted/received, detecting means 20b and 20b' of a receiving side modem receive the byte data of 00H once at least even how much dislocation is in the bit. Then, a synchronous code can be recognized. Thus, the fetching miss of the synchronous code is prevented and the data can be transmitted/received without fail.
