PURPOSE: To provide the communication equipment in which a portable terminal equipment resident even at the outside of a radio zone of a base station makes dialing and call equipment and problems of a battery capacity and movement of the portable terminal equipment are solved and to obtain the portable terminal equipment making radio connection to the communication equipment.

CONSTITUTION: Received data are once written in a relay RAM 22 and sent again in a prescribed timing. A communication equipment 10 is provided with a power supply section 30 to be connected to a commercial power supply. Furthermore, the portable terminal equipment is provided with a detection section detecting a radio connection state of a base station and a radio connection state with the communication equipment 10 to make radio connection to a better connection state thereby keeping transmission quality.
