PURPOSE: To provide a intercom equipment with built-in helmet which can always receive speaking with suitable sound pressure not to be arrested by noise even when peripheral noise is fluctuated.

CONSTITUTION: This communication equipment with built-in helmet arranging a microphone 1 and a speaker 11 inside a helmet is provided with adjusting means 14 and 15 for automatically adjusting the sound pressure of received speaking corresponding to the level of noise collected by the microphone 1. The noise around a worker to work with the helmet is detected by the microphone 1 and based on the detected value, the voice pressure of received speaking is automatically adjusted to a certain value so as not to be arrested by the noise level. Therefore, it is not necessary for the worker to manually adjust the volume.
