Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the equipment from being controlled under erroneous data in the case of presence of an error in data processing or in data output with respect to the control involving dangers especially.
SOLUTION: Data received from a monitor data input section 9 are inputted to control circuits 4, 5 the data are processed by the control circuits 4, 5, and outputs the control data. Protective data for fail safe control are given in advance to a control output changeover circuit 7. A decision circuit 6 compares the control data outputted from the control circuits 4, 5 and when the control data are coincident based on the result of comparison, the circuit 7 outputs control data outputted from the control circuit 5. When the control data are unmatch, the protective data are outputted. Two sets of the control circuits are employed in this embodiment and this method may be realized by employing many more numbers of the control circuits.
