PURPOSE: To realize the simultaneous transmission of voice and high speed modulation signal through the frequency division multi-quantity by providing an amplitude phase MODEM applying multi-value processing of 2m(m≥2) with respect to the modulation speed n-bit/sec specified by a 1st frequency band width.
CONSTITUTION: The amplitude phase MODEM 13 is provided, which applies the amplitude phase modulation subjected to multi-value processing of 2m(m≥2) with respect to the modulation speed n-bit/sec specified at the 1st frequency band width and applies demodulation of the received signal subject to amplitude phase modulation. Then the 1st information is sent in the 1st frequency band by using the amplitude phase MODEM 13 at the transmission speed of n×m-bit/ sec and a 2nd information is used by using a 2nd frequency band at the outside of the 1st frequency band. Then the information sent at a high speed is attained by using the MODEM 13 and the other information uses the frequency modulation MODEM 4 of 300 bits/sec.
