Abstract:
To enable a communication requesting equipment body to communicate with answering equipment through the connection equipment connected to the requesting equipment even when the communication requesting equipment can not communicate with the answering equipment.
The communication requesting equipment has an SIP body processing unit which processes the body part of an SIP packet, analyzes SDP media information included in a 488 error packet once receiving the 488 error packet sent from the answering equipment, and makes a search to know whether adaptive equipment is connected to the communication requesting equipment (itself), thereby displaying adaptive equipment.
