The system standardizes information communicated via the terminal connected to the communication network. The terminal is connected to an information management unit, which standardizes communication information, via the communication network. The information management unit comprises a database pre-stored therein standardization information composed of components for each communication information classification including at least business activity information; and registration means that registers standardized standard communication information with the database based on the standardization information when the communication information is registered from the terminal.
