Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems of a method for selecting a relay device to be used according to the combination of an origin and a destination after calling that it takes time for the process of selecting a relay device, and a process of connecting a communication terminal with the selected relay device, until communication is started after calling.SOLUTION: A transmission reception unit 51 of a management system 50 receives estimation information of a destination, estimated by a terminal 10, on the basis of operation in the terminal 10. The communication management unit 58 of the management system 50 selects a relay device 30 for relaying communication between the terminal 10, based on the combination of the terminal 10 and the estimated destination. The transmission reception unit 51 of the management system 50 connects the terminal 10 with the selected relay device 30, by transmitting connection information for connecting with the relay device 30, selected by the communication management unit 58, to the terminal 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
