Abstract:
To solve the problem that load instantaneously becomes high or stationary load increases, when communication requests are simultaneously sent to the same station from plural stations.
A plurality of time slots are set, each one of time slot being allocated to a plurality of stations respectively and communication is performed only within the time slots. Since communication load is averaged, instantaneous or steady overload is prevented from occurring.
